Can I use multiple modules together, e.g. STR and PM?

Yes. Every module shares one login and one dashboard family, so you can run Vacation Rentals and Property Management side by side without juggling separate logins or tools. Add the bundle for all six modules at a 10% discount.

Can I use just one module?

Yes. Every module — Vacation Rentals, Property Management, Estate Agency, Developments and Invest — can be activated on its own. Add more later as your business grows.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Opero is billed monthly with no lock-in. Cancel any time from your account settings.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. Your subscription price is fixed — we don't take a cut of your booking revenue or rent collected.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or add/remove modules at any time. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your bookings, tenants, and financial records at any time. We retain your data for a limited period after cancellation in case you want to return, then it's deleted.

Is the AI Property Manager fully autonomous?
